This includes making sure that all things are in place for the worship service to take place as smoothly as possible.  This includes making sure the building is open, the lights on, the temperature pleasant and the appropriate microphones are working.  First Steve Smilek and then Shelby Stanley are the back up people in the event that the person organizing worship is absent.  Any concerns or suggestions regarding improving our worship should first be directed to Steve and, in his absence, to Shelby.  The NoGo Guys are our committee who decide when services are to be canceled due to poor road conditions.  The Caring Callers are the volunteers who contact the congregation with news of immediate concern.
