When the Lord blesses us with new members, we need to make certain that their special needs are met.  This is the responsibility of each existing member but will be of primary concern to Gary Raines and Terry Cole.  This work will also include providing classes for new members/converts.   If you have ideas in this regard, please share them with Gary.
